This is my entry for the Beyond Human Game Environment Contest. I was lucky enough to end up in third place.
This piece was never about winning the competition but meant as an exploratory work to try and simplify my own art-style. I also felt like I needed to improve my core art-skills which tied together really well with the simple style. In the end I think I wanted to show that you can create good art without relying on the latest rendering tech or super detailed art.

The whole scene is made in UE4 & Modo.

The piece was also featured as the splash screen & convention banners for the Substance Designer Summer 2018 Edition
